A deposit of $1000 per person is required at the time of booking to guarantee your space. Go Italianissimo offers a 3-day window to cancel this deposit and received a full refund. After the 3-day window, this deposit is non-refundable. Balance of the full amount is due 180 days (6 months) before the small group trip start date. If there are still spots available less than 180 days (6 months) prior to the start date, the full sum will be required at the time of booking. All cancellations must be received in writing. If cancellation is made 90 days or more before the small group trip start date, a refund will be made, however, the deposit is nonrefundable. If cancellation is made 60-89 days before the start date, you will be able to receive a 50% refund. No refunds can be made for cancellations made 59 days or less from the trip start date. No refunds will be made for a cancellation made during the trip. We recommend booking travel insurance for your trip, because at this time Go Italianissimo is not able to make exceptions for weather or personal emergencies. Go Italianissimo reserves the right to cancel a small group trip. This is very unlikely, but in this situation, you would receive a complete refund of your trip fees included your deposit. Go Italianissimo will not assume any other liability and is not responsible for any personal expenses as a result of a tour cancellation, such as airline tickets or personal hotel reservations.
