Itinerary
We'll send over the itinerary and package options.
Step 2
Contract
Once you've selected your package, we'll send over the trip contract for you to sign. After you've signed the trip contract, we'll confirm the trip and then you are welcome to purchase your flights.
Step 4
Remaining Balance
We'll send you a link with details of what's included in your package, any tentative or selected add-ons, and record of payments and remaining balance.
Step 3
Flights
Once you've signed our contract, it's time to book your flights! Depending on your nationality, you may also need a visa. Be sure to check your passport's expiration date as well, as many countries require at least six months of validity beyond your travel dates.

Dental CE
As we get close to the trip date, we'll send you the Dental CE topic and overview.
