✈️ Day 1: Arrival in Rome
Benvenuti in Italia! Settle into your elegant hotel in the heart of Rome. Enjoy a little time to rest or wander the nearby cobblestone streets before meeting the group for a rooftop welcome drink.
Tonight, we celebrate the beginning of your Italian adventure with a delicious Roman dinner.
📚 Day 2: Dental CE + Colosseum
After breakfast, start your morning with your first CE session (8:30am–12:30pm).
In the afternoon, step into ancient Rome with a private guided tour of the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill. Walk the same paths as emperors and gladiators as your guide brings history to life.
Evening at leisure.
📚 Day 3: Dental CE + Vatican
After breakfast, you will attend your second CE session (8:30am-12:30pm)
In the afternoon, experience the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter's Basilica with an expert guide who reveals the stories behind the masterpieces and hidden details most visitors miss.
Evening free for dinner and exploring Rome by night.
🚊 Day 4: Transfer to Puglia
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast before heading to Rome Termini to board your direct high-speed train to Bari (about 4hrs). Sit back in comfort as the Italian countryside gives way to the turquoise Adriatic Sea.
Upon arrival, your private minivan will take you to Polignano a Mare -- your home base in Puglia. Enjoy sunset views from the cliffs and and our first dinner together in Puglia!
🧑🍳 Day 5: Hands-on Cooking Class
Wake up to the sound of the sea and spend the morning exploring Polignano’s cliffside alleys, panoramic terraces, and artisan shops.
Roll up your sleeves for a traditional cooking class featuring local, seasonal recipes. Learn the art of orecchiette, fresh seafood, and regional specialties—then sit down together for a long, delicious lunch with wine.
Evening free for seaside cocktails or a gelato stroll.

Next, we'll stop in Locorotondo, where you'll have free time to explore and enjoy lunch at your choice of local trattoria — a relaxed, sunlit countryside break with panoramic views.
In the afternoon, we'll head to a family-run countryside winery for a guided tasting of Puglia’s signature wines paired with light regional bites. It’s the perfect, leisurely finish before returning to Polignano a Mare.

Today is your day to truly live the Italian lifestyle - la dolce vita.
Sip your morning coffee by the sea, wander the cliffside streets, relax at a beach club, or linger over a long seaside lunch. This unscripted day is intentionally designed to feel restorative, indulgent, and deeply Pugliese.
It’s the kind of luxury most travelers never get—a full day to simply enjoy where you are.
We'll enjoy our last dinner together with delicious Pugliese food and sea views!
✈️ Day 9: Departure Day
Enjoy your final breakfast in Polignano a Mare, then take your private transfer to Bari Airport or Bari Centrale for your onward travels.
