Amalfi Coast
Sorrento - Pompeii - Capri
Sorrento is a great home base for our Amalfi Coast experience. We'll take day trips to see the incredible ancient ruins of Pompeii from 79AD views, and a private boat trip to the beautiful island of Capri!
Day 1
Arrive in the ancient city of Rome. Check into our hotel.We'll kick off our trip with 4hrs of Dental CE (from 2:30pm-6:30pm). After the session, we'll go to beautiful rooftop to watch sunset with a glass of vino, and then enjoy a welcome dinner together at a local gem in the heart of Rome.
Day 2
We'll take a morning private guided tour of Vatican and Sistine Chapel with our local guide who brings the history and art to life! You'll have free time for lunch. We'll do 4hrs of Dental CE (from 2:30pm-6:30pm). You'll have the evening to have dinner and explore beautiful Rome!
Day 3
After breakfast, we'll soak in the history and beauty of ancient Rome on a private guided tour of the Colosseum and Roman Forum with our local guide. You'll have free time for lunch before we have our second session of Dental CE 4hrs (from 2:30pm-6:30pm). After we wrap up CE for the day, we'll enjoy dinner together at a charming local restaurant.
Day 4
We'll check out of our Rome hotel, and take a private transfer via Mercedes minivan to the seaside town of Sorrento on the Amalfi Coast and check into our hotel. You'll have time for a late lunch and time to walk around charming Sorrento. We'll have delicious dinner together at hidden restaurant in lemon groves in Sorrento.
Day 5
We'll take a private transfer to the ancient city of Pompeii that was buried in ash from Mt. Vesuvius in 79AD. Our local guide will take us back in time to see how people lived so many centuries ago. After our tour, we'll have authentic Neapolitan pizza at a local restaurant. We'll head back to Sorrento and you'll have the afternoon and evening free to enjoy the sea views and charming town of Sorrento!
Day 6
In Sorrento, we'll learn how to make authentic Italian food (hands on) while drinking delicious Italian wine! Afterwards, we'll enjoy our Italian lunch with wine. You'll have the afternoon and evening free to enjoy Sorrento.
Day 7
We'll take a day trip to and around the beautiful island of Capri by boat. We'll stop for lunch a beautiful spot next to the sea, then you'll have time to explore Capri or Anacapri. Capri has beautiful views and shops. Anacapri is a great spot to have a cocktail and take in the 360 degree views. In the late afternoon, we'll take a boat back to Sorrento.You'll have dinner at leisure in charming Sorrento.
Day 8
We'll check out of our hotel, and take our private transfer back from Sorrento to Rome. Once we check into our Rome hotel, you'll have free time to enjoy more of the eternal city. We'll have our last Italian dinner together at a charming local restaurant.
Day 9
We'll say our goodbyes and fly home!
