✈️ Day 1: Arrival in Venice
Arrive in the magical city of Venice (please plan flights to arrive by 3:00pm). After checking into your hotel, we’ll meet for a sunset spritz overlooking the canals. In the evening, enjoy a festive welcome dinner at a Venetian restaurant in the heart of the city.
📚 Day 2: Venice + Dental CE
This morning, enjoy a private guided walking tour through St. Mark’s Square, St. Mark’s Basilica, Doge’s Palace, and the Rialto Bridge to soak in centuries of Venetian history. Lunch is free to enjoy at your leisure.
In the afternoon, dentists will attend 4 hours of Dental CE (2:30–6:30pm). Evening free to enjoy dinner and perhaps an optional gondola ride under the stars.
🚙 Day 3: Transfer to Florence (Tuscany)
After breakfast, we’ll depart Venice by private Mercedes minivan and head towards Tuscany. Upon arrival in beautiful Florence, we'll check into our hotel, then enjoy a delicious group dinner at a local gem in Florence.
🍷 Day 4: Florence Art & Dental CE
This morning, experience the genius of the Renaissance with a private guided tour of the Uffizi Gallery, featuring masterpieces by Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, and Giotto.
After free time for lunch, dentists attend their second CE session (2:30–6:30pm). Evening free to explore Florence’s vibrant dining scene—or join an optional sunset rooftop aperitivo with stunning city views.
🧑🍳 Day 5: Tuscan Villa Cooking Class
Today we head just outside Florence to a Tuscan villa surrounded by countryside views. Roll up your sleeves for a hands-on Italian cooking class, paired with regional wines. Afterwards, we’ll enjoy the fruits of our labor over a long, relaxed Italian lunch.
The afternoon and evening are yours to explore Florence, shop, or simply unwind.
🍷 Day 6: Montepulciano & Wine Tasting
We'll take a private minivan day trip through rolling hills to the medieval hilltop town of Montepulciano—where charming cobblestone streets open to breathtaking views of Tuscany.
After time to explore and enjoy lunch, we'll visit a renowned local winery for a private tour and enjoy a wine tasting of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and other great Tuscan wines.Group dinner together in Florence
🍴 Day 7: Florence at Leisure & Dental CE
Enjoy a free morning to explore at your own pace — perhaps shopping for Italian leather, visiting artisan workshops, or climbing the Duomo for panoramic views. In the afternoon, dentists will attend their final dental CE session (2:30-6:30pm).
In the evening, we’ll have our last dinner together at a delicious Florentine restaurant—a final toast to Italy, new friendships, and shared memories.
✈️ Day 8: Farewell & Departure Day
Savor your final breakfast in Florence, then enjoy a leisurely morning before your individual transfers to the airport or onward travel.
